Beginning in broadcast and film production, Richard's journey evolved into a career marked by award-winning storytelling and groundbreaking content creation.
Currently, Richard is Senior Director of Experiential Activations at Sphere Entertainment Company.
Previously, as West Coast Group Creative Director at Jack Morton Global, Richard orchestrated pioneering branded campaigns and experiential endeavors, including winning a Clio for Amazon Studios' Hotel Transformania activation as well as live events such as the Arcane premiere for Riot Games as well as McDonald’s WWC 24.
Before his current role, Richard led the global experiential division at MC-2 Experience as Executive Creative Director, producing award-winning work for clients such as Netflix (Bird Box, The Witcher, The Dirt), Samsung, and Ticketmaster. Notable projects include Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. for Marvel Studios and Transformers: Autobots Alliance for Hasbro during his tenure at NEON as Senior Creative Director.
